How it Works.
Maybe you already host your clients’ websites and you don’t have the in house team to perform regular updates. Or maybe you have passed the hosting and maintenance off to the client and they keep coming back to you with site issues. Either way, we can help using one of the scenarios below.
Below are 3 main options to partner with us:
Purchase a discounted plan for your client using a plan below.
Use one of options below to purchase a plan for your client and you can bill them directly at whatever rate you would like. You can choose to pass the discount along to them or can bill them at the full rate (or any rate you choose)
Example:
You would like to keep the client billing in-house and decide that $400/month is a more appropriate rate for your client.
You can purchase the “Host & Maintain + ADA Compliance Plan” for $210/month and profit $180/month from your direct billing.
Send your client directly to us and we will handle everything.
This is by far the easiest route for many of our agency clients.
In this scenario, you would send your client(s) directly to us, and when they sign up for a plan, we will send you a check for 30% of the total on each billing period.
Example:
Your client signs up for a $300/month plan on the Sessionwise website.
You will get a check for $90 for each month that their plan is active.
We will communicate directly with the client and can bring you in only when needed.
White label us and we will represent your company.
In this scenario, we essentially become a part of your team. You can assign us an email address from your company (such as support@yourcompany.com).
We will then handle all of the communication/needs on your behalf or we can come up with a plan together on how you would like us to interact with your client.
We can also white-label the monthly reports which are sent out to your client(s) each month.
Example:
You purchase a plan at the discounted rate below, and we will work with you to get the client set up in our system and to establish the best white-label scenario that meets your needs.
You would handle the billing and would charge the client what you feel is an appropriate rate (as shown in the Option #1 example)

Usually all we will need is for you to set us up as a WordPress Administrator on your website. Once you sign up, we will walk you through the process and help you along the way.
If you decide to take advantage of our WPEngine hosting we will guide you through the process of pointing your domain name (don’t worry, it’s quite painless.)
While a hacked site is rare (when we are maintaining your WP site) if your site does get hacked we can immediately restore your site from a backup to get it up and running again.
We will then take all necessary precautions to ensure your site will not become compromised again.
Not yet but we are moving in that direction. Currently, support hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm PST. We still montior your site 24/7 and we will be notified of any critical or uptime issues at any time of the day or night.
During business hours (M-F from 8am to 6pm PST) you will have the option for:

During non-business hours, you can utilize our email support.
If you are hosting with us on our WPEngine server, we will provide you with a free SSL certificate. However, if you choose to stay with your own hosting company, you would need to contact them to ensure you have an SSL certificate in place. Of course, we are happy to help if you need any guidance in getting in touch with them or need any advice/information.
Yes we do. While it’s not included in our WP Maintenance Plan, we would be happy to provide design or development services at a discounted hourly rate. Contact us and we can talk about what you are looking to do.

Absolutely. Typically, if we are handling the software, plugin and theme updates, we will thoroughly test the site to ensure nothing is conflicting or broken. But in the rare event that there are issues, we will fix it free of charge.
Yes, yes and yes. We can immediately restore your site from as far back as 30 days ago.
Yes! Once we have access to your site, we can run a performance scan to see where the problem areas lie and what we can do to optimize the site for a faster load time.
While we understand the importance of SEO and we follow SEO best practices, we do not provide ongoing SEO services for clients. We want to focus on keeping your site happy and healthy 🙂

You can cancel your WP Maintenance Plan anytime through your account area. Or you can contact us and we can cancel it for you.
Yes! If you are the type of business owner or leader who likes to “DIY” things when it comes to your website or technology, this service may not be for you.
Our website maintenance services are meant to make your life easier so you can focus on your business, rather than worrying if your WP software, plugins and theme are up to date.
However, please be aware, you really need to take precautions before updating the WordPress core software, plugins and themes, otherwise you risk losing data and possible downtime.
